Q: How do I place a Stroller rental order?

Simply select your stroller, choose your rental dates using our online booking calendar, add any accessories you’d like, and checkout securely.
We’ll deliver your stroller directly to your resort or agreed meeting location.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak holiday periods, to ensure availability.

Q: Where do you deliver?

• We deliver to most hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts in the Disney, Universal, Celebration, and Kissimmee areas.
• Please note: We must meet you in person to hand over the stroller.
• We cannot leave strollers with bell services or unattended in lobbies.

Q: Can you deliver to Disney Resorts?

• Yes — however, per Disney’s policy, strollers cannot be left with Bell Services.
• We will arrange a meeting time with you at your resort for both delivery and pick-up.

Q: How does delivery and pick-up work?

• We will confirm your delivery and pick-up times before your trip.
• Please ensure you or an authorized person is available at the arranged time.

Q: What’s included in my rental?

All stroller rentals include a free rain cover to help protect the stroller from damage.
Additional accessories (cooler bag, parent console, fans, Air Tag etc.) can be added to your booking for an extra charge, or you can choose our VIP Accessory Bundle for a flat rate.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is required. However, you are responsible for the stroller while it’s in your possession. Optional Damage Waiver coverage is available for $15 per rental to protect against accidental damage.

Q: What if the stroller / accessories is/are lost or stolen?

• We know things happen, so we ask that you keep your stroller with you at all times, or if left in parking areas in the Theme Parks you are aware of its location!
• For extra peace of mind, we offer an AirTag tracking option for a small fee. This helps you quickly locate the stroller if it's moved, misplaced, while this can help recovery it does not replace your responsibility of the stroller.
• If the stroller becomes stolen from inside a Theme park, inform security.
• If the stroller becomes stolen from outside a park inform the local police.
• Customers must submit a copy of this report to Parkside Strollers ASAP.

Q: How do I pay?

Payment is made in full at the time of booking through our secure online checkout.

Q: What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable as your stroller has already been reserved and prepared for you.

Q: . How should I return the stroller? .

We kindly ask that all strollers are returned in a reasonably clean condition. Please remove all personal items, food, trash before returning.
If a stroller is returned excessively dirty, including heavy sand, mud, sticky spills, or debris a $25 deep cleaning fee will be charged.

Q: Are your strollers theme park approved?

Yes - all of our strollers meet Disney and Universal size guidelines.

Q: Can I extend my rental while I’m on vacation?

Yes, simply contact us at least 24 hours before your current rental period ends, and we will arrange the extension (subject to availability).
