Refund policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy – ParkSide Strollers

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for ParkSide Strollers rentals.
1. Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund to your original payment method.
- Less than 48 hours before delivery: 50% refund, as your stroller has already been reserved and prepared for you.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund will be issued.
2. Early Returns
- If you return your stroller before the end of your rental period, no partial refund will be given for unused days.
3. Theme Park Closures
- If a theme park closes for the entire day due to weather or other operational issues and you have not yet taken delivery of your stroller, we will refund you for that day.
- If you already have the stroller in your possession, no refund will be given for that day.
4. Delivery & Pickup Issues
- If we are unable to deliver your stroller due to our fault (e.g., vehicle breakdown, scheduling error), we will issue a full refund for the affected rental period.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong hotel, missing reservation details, etc.), the booking will be treated as a same-day cancellation and no refund will be issued.
5. Equipment Malfunction
- In the unlikely event that your stroller develops a fault during your rental, contact us immediately.
- We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. If we cannot provide a replacement, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused rental days.
6. Refund Processing
- All refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
