1. Optional Damage / Insurance Waiver

$25 per rental – Customer must select Yes or No
The damage waiver protects you from being charged for accidental damage, Lost & Stolen to the stroller during normal use.
Not covered: Theft, loss, or damage due to misuse (e.g., leaving the stroller unattended, leaving it outside your hotel, Air b&b, Resort, using it for jogging if not designed for jogging, or failing to use the provided rain cover).

Welcome to Parkside Strollers, by renting a stroller from us, (KJP Management Services LLC, doing business as Parkside Strollers) you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

 

1. Rental Agreement

  • By booking, you agree to rent the selected stroller(s) and/or accessories for the agreed period.
  • Rentals are subject to availability and confirmed only after payment.

2. Rental Period & Rates

  • The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed return date.
  • Late returns may incur additional daily rental fees.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours before delivery date → Full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery → Non-refundable.
  • No refunds for early returns.

5. Delivery & Pickup

We offer personal face-to-face delivery and pickup at:

  • All Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
  • All Universal Orlando Resort Hotels
  • Official Good Neighbor and Partner Hotels (list available at checkout).

Important: Customers must be present for delivery and pickup. We cannot leave strollers at Bell Services or Front Desk.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • The renter is responsible for care and security of the stroller during the rental period.
  • Rain covers are provided free of charge and must be used during rain to avoid water damage.
  • Strollers must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear allowed).
  • Damage, loss, or theft may result in additional charges.
  • Storage of Strollers and Accessories must be in your Hotel Room, Air b&b over night!.

7. Cleaning Fee

  • A $25 cleaning fee may apply if the stroller is returned excessively dirty (e.g., food spills, mud, sand).

8. Safety & Liability

  • Parkside Strollers is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during use.
  • This includes tripping, falls, uneven surfaces, missue.
  • Renters should ensure children are buckled in at all times
  • Renters should not overload the strollers
  • The Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.
  • Strollers are not to be used for jogging unless specified as jogging models.

9. Weather Policy

  • Rentals proceed rain or shine.
  • Rain covers are provided free of charge and should be used at all times.

10. Accessories

  • Accessories provided with your rental (such as rain covers, parent consoles, fans, cool bags) must be returned with the stroller in good condition.  Missing or damaged accessories may incur full price replacement charges.
  • If you choose to purchase an accessory (such as Apple AirTag) or other tracking device) ownership transfers to you at the time of purchase.  Parkside Strollers is not responsible for the operation, loss, damage, or misuse of purchased accessories.
  • Parkside Strollers are not liable for any issues resulting from the use of third party accessories, including but not limited to loss of data, connectivity problems, or tracking inaccuracies 
  • Children's Step Stool - Terms of Use & Liability Disclaimer
  • Supervision Required
  • The children's step stool is intended for use only under direct adult supervision at all time.  Children must never be left unattended while using the stool.
  • Proper use only 
  • The stool is designed not be used as
  • A Toy
  • A seat
  • A ladder
  • A climbing Structure
  • A moving aid
  • Non - Slip Surface Disclaimer
  • The stool is fitted with a non - slip plating to reduce movement, HOWEVER NO  NON - SLIP surface can fully eliminate the risk of slipping or falling, particularly on wet, uneven or unstable surfaces.
  • Safe Placement
  • Place the stool on a Flat, Dry, Stable Surface
  • Keep it away from edges, steps, or raised areas
  • Remove the stool immediately if it becomes unstable or damaged
  • Assumption of Risk
  • By accepting and using the stool, the renter acknowledges and accepts that use of the stool carries inherent risks, including the risk of falls or injury
  • Release of Liability
  • The renter agrees to release and hold harmless KJP MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC DBA Parkside Strollers, its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, injuries, damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of the stool, including but not limited to fall, slips, or improper use.
  • Renter Responsibility
  • The renter accepts full responsibility for 
  • The child's supervision
  • Proper use of the stool
  • Any injury 
  • Any injury resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, or unsafe placement
  • Discontinue Use
  • If the stool appears damaged, unstable, or unsafe at any time, use must be stopped immediately and inform the rental company.

 

11.  Agreement 

By placing a booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
